[MWSF2006] MacBook Pro, Intel Core Duo

애플은 2006년 Macworld EXPO, San Francisco 에서 첫번째 Intel 프로세서를 장착한 포터블 MacBook Pro를 발표 했습니다. 기존에 사용하던 PowerBook이라는 이름 대신 MacBook이라는 새로운 명칭을 사용하고 PowerPC G4프로세서를 탑재한 PowerBook G4에 비해 4배의 성능차이가 있다고 발표 했습니다. 특징적인 것은 FireWire 800포트가 사라지고 ExpressCard슬롯이라는 것이 생겼고 전원 어답터의 MagSafe 연결이라는 방식이 도입 되었습니다.
