Job description
Reports to iPhone Country Lead in supporting carrier account servicing & carrier POS execution.
– Responsible for developing retail channels in the country & its regions
– Responsible for strategy & execution at the store floor
– Design channel sell-thru programs (leveraging assets designed by HQ marketing)
– Measured on weighted distribution, retail recommendation rates, and sell-thru
– Manage assisted sales and promoter agency relationships (if any)
– Build relationships with carrier POS/Retail district managers

Specific areas of expertise should include: strategic planning, tactical execution, team building, account development, territory management, forecasting, presentations, business solutions, multi-task management, planning and organization, and new business development.
*Experience in managing telco carrier account in Korea
*Has technical background to run corporate / enterprise business
*Understanding of corporate back-end infrastructures
*Understand the technical requests of enterprise customers and engage relevant internal teams to support customer needs

Normally requires a BS/BA and a strong sales background including 10+ years of demonstrated sales management experience or equivalent. Position requires strong planning, organizational, communication, sales management and leadership skills. Must be able to manage the day-to-day sales activities of an iPhone sales team by giving direction, providing support and making effective business decisions. Extensive travel is required.
